Cooking program at Harrison Village Library

HARRISON — The“Cooking with Karen” series will conclude with “Fresh, Not Processed” at noon on Wednesday, May 20, at Harrison Village Library.

Karen Toohey, Nutrition Aide with the University of Maine Cooperative Extension, will give participants ideas of how to use the many varieties of produce seen at farmers’ markets.

As always, Karen will offer recipes, samples and advice. This program is free and open to the public, but pre-registration is requested.
