TURNER — SAD 52 Adult and Community Education’s summer program offers a wide variety of classes and camps.
Hornet Pride Summer Basketball Camp begins Monday, June 29. The camp runs through July 22 on Mondays and Wednesdays for students in grades three to six. The focus will be on developing fundamental skills and having fun while learning the game from the Leavitt Area High School basketball coaching staff and players.
Other camps and classes scheduled throughout the summer weeks include Art, Field Hockey, Challenger British Soccer, Leavitt Youth Soccer, Baseball, Kids Paint Fun, Photography, Drawing, Children’s Theatre, Spy, Art Journal, Kids Meditation, Kids Reiki and Kids Wellness.
Enrichment offerings include Watercolor Paint, Alcohol Ink Painting, Crochet Wire Jewelry, Drilled Sea Glass Necklace, Euro-Leather Bracelet, Wire-Wrapped Sea Glass Earrings, Vinyasa Flow Yoga, Laughter Yoga, Meet Your Animal Spirit Guide and Tap It Away.
