FARMINGTON — Justice William Stokes set bail Friday at $1,000 cash or a pretrial contract for a Livermore Falls man accused of sexually touching a girl under 16 years old on a school bus.
Jay police arrested Alan Burnell, 18, on a felony charge of unlawful sexual contact on Wednesday.
Among Burnell’s bail conditions is to have no direct or indirect contact with the victim.
He is also not allowed to have unsupervised contact with girls younger than 16.
Other bail conditions Stokes set in Franklin County Superior Court are no possession of adult erotica, sexually explicit photos or videos or illegal pornography.
Burnell also must submit to random searches of residence and electronics, including computers and phones.
