SAN ANTONIO — Air Force Airman First Class Lynisa M. Aubin graduated from basic military training at Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland.

Aubin completed an intensive, eight-week program that included training in military discipline and studies, Air Force core values, physical fitness and basic warfare principles and skills. Airmen who complete basic training earn four credits toward an associate in applied science degree through the Community College of the Air Force.

Aubin is the daughter of Richard M. Grant, of Monmouth, and Mary Jane R. Aubin, of Leland, N.C. She is also the sister of Ryan J. Aubin.

Aubin graduated in 2010 from North Brunswick High School, Leland, N.C.
