TURNER — “Music for Mavis” Tuesdays at the Gazebo will feature with a hot lickin’ blues group,  “AS IS,” with Marty Lang, sweet licking guitarist of many bands, the Moon Dawgs, Loose Connection, Two-Bar Break, As Is and more at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, June 23, at the gazebo.

Lange has been a steady, talented and generous Maine musician on the scene for years.  He is also the producer and engineer of Sticky Fingers recording studio and cut his first CD this spring.

With him will be legendary blues drummer Larry Patterson, who has co-produced the Naples Blues Festival for several years. He has played with many hot acts, from the Platters, to one of the most-sought-after Maine blues bands, the Delta Knights.

Bring a chair, bring a blanket, bring a friend. Suggested donations is $5. The concert will be held rain or shine. For more information, call 754-0954.
