1957 – 2015
FARMINGTON — Reginald Parker Watson, 57, of Chesterville passed away Saturday, July 4, at Franklin Memorial Hospital in Farmington.
He was born Oct. 25, 1957, in Farmington, the son of Irvin and Maxine Watson. He was a graduate of Mt. Blue High School and went on to work at Bass Shoe, where he met his companion, Jolene Gatchell. They worked there until Bass Shoe closed. Reginald then went on to work at Verso Paper, where he worked until his passing.
He was a member of the American Veterans in Jay. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, gardening, four-wheeling and spending time with his friends, family and dogs.
Reginald is survived by his companion of 27 years, Jolene Gatchell; his daughter, Allison Watson and her companion, Brittany Berkey, of Jay; his dog, Storm; his sister, Catherine Davis and husband, Richard, of New Sharon; his brother, William F. Hiscock and his wife, Hazel, of Glenburn; four granddogs, Zues, Cali, Buddy and Lady; several nieces, nephews and cousins.
He was predeceased by his parents, Irvin Watson and Maxine E. Whittier Hiscock Watson.
