I give my full support to Ben Chin for mayor of Lewiston. He is a graduate of Bates College and has been working in this community for 10 years. He has worked in support of health care for all, higher wages, voting rights, environmental issues and the list goes on.
With a baby on the way, he and his wife have chosen Lewiston as their permanent home. He cares greatly for this community. He wants to move this city in a positive direction, which is sorely needed. We have had too much negativism for more than three years. It is high time for a change.
He is a very bright and articulate person, and he will be a great ambassador mayor who stresses all of the city’s strengths and can promote investment here.
In November, I will vote for Ben Chin for mayor of Lewiston.
