COLLEGEVILLE, Pa. — Brenna Rasmussen graduated cum laude from Ursinus College with a B.S. in biology and a minor in psychology during commencement exercises on Friday, May 15.
While at Ursinus, Rasmussen was named to the dean’s list; Psi Chi, the national honor society in psychology; and Beta Beta Beta, the national honor society for the biological sciences. She was a tour guide for the admission office, president of Ursinus College Environmental Action and a volunteer at Pottstown Memorial Medical Center.
She studied abroad in Wollongong, Australia, through the CIEE program.
Rasmussen is planning to enter the workforce for a year and then attend graduate school to become a physician assistant.
A graduate of Edward Little High School, Rasmussen is the daughter of John Rasmussen and Margaret O’Donnell, and the granddaughter of John E. O’Donnell from Auburn.
