TURNER — The Spectrum Group, providers of civil judgment collection and mobile notary public services, announced that Spectrum Judicial Services will be open for business on Aug. 15.

The new company will be in Turner and will focus on the collection of all civil judgments, process service and mobile notary public services for the entire state. The company will provide services for individuals and companies of all sizes.

Spokesperson Robert V. Hutter unveiled a five-year plan to expand locations to New Hampshire, Vermont and Rhode Island.
