Join the Denmark Arts Center on Saturday, Aug. 8 as Bridgton’s own E.G. Roth brings her new ensemble to Denmark for an evening devoted to the magical sounds of the harp. E.G. Roth brings her own harp­ skills to the DAC and infuses them with an eclectic selection that includes both popular music and Broadway showtunes, interspersed with seafaring and classical instrumental harp selections. Roth will be joined by guitarist Tim Cushman, who brings his own style of strumming and smooth voice to the stage. The event begins at 7:30 p.m. Suggested admission is $12. The DAC is located at 50 West Main St. The event is BYOB, in cabaret style. Call the arts center at 207-­452-­2412 for reservations.
