1924 – 2015
RUMFORD — June G. Marston, 91, of South Paris, passed away Sunday, Aug. 9, at Rumford Hospital.
Known as “Junebug” to her caregivers, June was born in Paris on May 3, 1924, a daughter of Roscoe and Edith (Strout) Marston. She attended Paris schools, graduating from Paris High School.
For most of her life, June worked at Paris Manufacturing Co. She was a member of the South Paris Baptist Church and a former member of the Norway-Paris Kiwanis Club.
She lived in Paris all of her life and never married.
Besides her parents, June is predeceased by her brothers, Herbert Marston and Lloyd Marston; and a sister, Mary Alma Marston.
She leaves behind a niece, Julie Marston of Oxford; a great-nephew, Patrick Marston of Norway; and two great-nieces, Alexandra Poulin of Oxford and Dina Marston of Lewiston.
