Michael Brakey appears to think he has a good reason for being a denier of climate change (Sun Journal, Aug. 26). He wants to believe that the Earth’s heat records in July, as reported by NOAA, must be inaccurate because the Farmers’ Almanac is predicting another cold and nasty winter for New England.
The only problem is, there is significantly more to the world than Brakey apparently knows and certainly significantly more than the Almanac pretends to cover.
