LEWISTON — The Androscoggin County Chamber of Commerce and the University of Southern Maine’s Lewiston-Auburn College will host a Lunch & Learn on the Lean Enterprise Institute’s Leader Standard Work program from noon to 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 9, in the chamber’s conference room, 415 Lisbon St. It is free and open to the public.

The program examines the best use of time and resources in the workplace to ensure that leadership is focusing on growth and improvement instead of constantly responding to perceived emergencies.

This Lunch & Learn will spotlight the Leader Standard Work program, what it is and how others can implement a similar process.
