DIXFIELD — Dirigo Elementary School will host its annual open house from 5 to 6:30 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 10.
Principal Charlie Swan said the annual community fair will be held in the cafeteria at the same time. Over the past few years, Dirigo Elementary School has invited community organizations to set up tables during the open house so parents and their children can learn about them.
Swan said the school was “looking for ways that we could connect students and their parents to different organizations in the community.”
There will be between 20 and 30 local organizations and programs at the open house, Swan said.
