NORWAY — Lance Bean, of Bryant Pond, and Gene Benner, of Norway, have been elected to the Western Maine Health Board for three-year terms. 

Bean received his undergraduate degree in public accounting from Husson College. He is a certified public accountant and partner at Hoisington & Bean P.A. and has been employed with the accounting firm since 1994. 

Benner, a graduate of the University of Maine, is president and treasurer at Bessey Motor Sales in South Paris. He is active in the community, including previously serving on the Western Maine Health board.
