BATH — The Chocolate Church Arts Center will hold auditions for the holiday production of “A Christmas Carol” at 2 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 6, and at 2 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 11, at the CCAC Annex at 804 Washington St.

Roles to be cast include a dozen adult roles, speaking roles for five or six children  and a dozen more children as the chorus.

“A Christmas Carol” is a spectacular adaptation of Charles Dickens’s most well-known story. Ebenezer Scrooge and his ghostly encounters come to life in this lavish and thrilling Broadway adaptation. Proving its staying power with a decadelong run at Madison Square Garden, “A Christmas Carol – The Musical” is the next production to create a holiday tradition.

The show is directed by Wayne Otto and will be staged Dec. 17-20 on the main stage of the Chocolate Church Arts Center. For more information call 207-442-8455 or email [email protected].
