LEWISTON — Connected Catholics, a group of single, widowed, separated and divorced Catholic men and women 40 and older, has announced its activities for October.

Some of the upcoming October events include:

Sunday, Oct. 11: Movie night, 6 p.m.

Thursday, Oct. 15: Public Theatre play, 6:30 p.m.

Saturday, Oct. 17: Train ride to Rockland from Brunswick

Sunday, Oct. 18: Breakfast at Ramada Inn, 10 a.m.

Saturday, Oct. 24: Dancing at Ramada Inn, 8 p.m.

All singles 40 and older are welcome to take part in activities for friendship and fun regardless of faith affiliation. Events include a weekly walk, outings to plays, movies and restaurants, hiking, snowshoeing and holiday parties. CCME is not a support group or dating service.
