John Butler is running for the Lewiston School Committee for the at-large seat. I am supporting his candidacy with the hope that he is elected. His energy benefits the city of Lewiston.
His background is rich with experience, with the School Committee and City Council, and he is currently on the Franklin Pasture Complex Committee. He has served on the Redistricting and Site Committee for the new school along with two others, while on the Building Committees. He has served on the Maine Department of Education Safe and Drug Free School Task Force and is a past regional director of the Maine School Board Association.
John Butler is always working on behalf of quality education for all students. His knowledge and experience in education will be what the committee will need at this pivotal time in education and community.
