1951 – 2015
WALES — Carol G. Swearingen, 64, of Wales died early Friday, Oct. 2, at home, surrounded by her family.
Carol was born in Saint-Gedeon, Quebec, Canada, on June 4, 1951, the daughter of Ovilda and Marie-Laure (Giroux) Marquis.
Carol was very family-oriented and always had a smile on her face. She loved spending time with her loving husband, Mark, and going on adventures with him.
She is survived by her husband, Mark of Wales; two daughters, Jenifer Lessard and her daughter, Kianna, of Lewiston, and Jessica Swearingen and her daughter, Annabelle, of Wales; two brothers, Reginald Marquis and wife, Rita, of Randolph, and Gaeton Marquis and wife, Marie, of Lewiston; and one sister, Linda Hobart and husband, Dee, of West Forks.
She was predeceased by her parents; and brother, Gaston “Gus” Marquis.
