Local jazz guitarist John Smedley will perform in a jazz night at 8 p.m. Friday, Oct. 9, at She Don’t Like Guthries, 115 Middle St., Lewiston. Smedley leads a jazz trio that includes bassist Kent McLagan from Denver and drummer Peter Perfido from France. Their set includes new and established original songs, as well as jazz standards.
