LISBON — The Lisbon Recreation Department is planning a trip to Savannah, Ga., from April 2 to 10.

The bus will leave from the MTM Center in Lisbon Falls with a stop at Baltimore’s Inner Harbor.

The stay in Georgia will begin with a visit and guided tour of historic Savannah, the “Belle of Georgia.” Other guided tours will include visits to Jekyll and St. Simone’s islands, Beaufort and the Parris Island Marine Base, including the Iwo Jima Monument, Parade Field and the Parris Island Museum.

A stop at the Airborne and Special Operations Museum and the Walters Art Museum are scheduled for the return trip.

The price is $729 a person, double occupancy; add $240 for single occupancy. Included in the price are 14 meals, eight breakfasts, six dinners, and all of the tours and tips for the bus driver and tour guides.
