AUBURN — The UU Theater will hold auditions for “Be the Change,” a play about activism, from 11:30 to 1 p.m., Sunday Oct 18, and from 6 to 7:30 p.m., Monday, Oct. 19, or call 783-0461 to arrange a time that suits you better. Auditions will be conducted at the First Universalist Church, the theater’s home, at 169 Pleasant St.
UUT is looking for 10 performers to portray male and female historical figures, including an Asian, two African-Americans, and two Jewish persons. Audition material will be provided. “Be the Change” will be performed “readers theater-style” (no memorizing necessary) the weekend of Dec. 4-6.
