RUMFORD — The Board of Selectmen will meet at 6:30 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 5, to discuss whether parking signs should be installed on Franklin Street.

The meeting will be held at Rumford Falls Auditorium.

Other items on the agenda include:

* Approval of liquor license application and special amusement permit for Black Mountain of Maine.

* Approval of Maine Department of Transportation agreement for maintenance of street lights on Upper Canal Bridge.

* Discussion of biweekly payroll and direct deposit.

* Discussion on bidding road reconstruction projects for Strathglass Park and Hancock Street.

Before the meeting, an executive session is scheduled on the condition, acquisition or use of real or personal property.
