AUBURN — Teenagers from around Maine will gather at Saint Dominic Academy for a weekend designed to help them grow and deepen their relationships with God and each other from Nov. 20 to 22.

With the theme “Steeped in Mercy, Offered in Love,” the event is centered on an encounter with Christ and an invitation for young people to respond to Jesus by faithfully serving God and neighbor.

The weekend will feature a long list of special guests from around the region who will present talks, lead discussions and join the participants in prayer, including:

• Bishop Robert P. Deeley, who will celebrate Mass and spend time with the participants at 11 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 21;

• Father Michael MacInnis and Roberto Serrano, Franciscan friars currently ministering in Boston;

• Laura Downing, a servant of the Immaculate Heart of Mary from North Carolina;
