TURNER — MSAD 52 Adult and Community Education, 486 Turner Center Road, is offering arts and crafts, wellness, community and career classes from Nov. 30 through Dec. 14. Classes include:

Reiki II — Nov. 30: This is the ancient healing art that channels energy through the hands. The second degree of Reiki consists of additional symbols and the training of inabsentia healing (also known as long distance or psychic healing. Participants will receive their second attunement and certificate of achievement.

Magic Paper Toys — Dec. 2: Make folding paper toys. Use paper that unfolds endlessly and create unique holiday gifts. A great craft that will entertain kids and adults for hours. Each student will leave class with their creations and instructions.

Bake the Night Away — Dec. 2: Learn to mix, knead, proof and shape basic yeast dough. Recipes will be shared. All baking levels welcome for this hands-on class and children over age 9 may attend with an adult. Please bring an apron, rolling pin, cutting board and container to fill and take home.

Back Country Winter Skills — Dec. 3, 8 and 10: Winter is a great time to get out and enjoy the woods and snow. This course discusses snowshoes and cross country ski information. Appropriate clothing, weather, essential equipment, emergencies and common winter hazards will be discussed.

Basic Beaded Earrings — Dec. 8: Learn how to make your own gorgeous beaded earrings. Choose from a selection of high quality materials and experiment with basic wire wrapping techniques.

Euro Leather Bracelet — Dec. 9: Make an ultra-hip leather bracelet by using a huge selection of colors, finishes, textures and clasps. Incorporate color meanings and symbolism into a personalized, one-of-a-kind bracelet.

Meet Your Animal Spirit Guide — Dec. 14: A relaxing guided meditation on an adventure to meet your animal spirit guides. Explore the connection between nature and spirit. Dress comfortably and bring a beach chair, blanket and pillow.
