CARRABASSETT VALLEY — Nancy Marshall will give a talk about her newly released book, “PR Works!” at 4:30 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 28, at the Carrabassett Valley Public Library, 3209 Carrabassett Drive.

Marshall is the CEO of Nancy Marshall Communications and a Carrabassett Valley resident. She will share stories from the book and her career in public relations, including working at Sugarloaf and starting her own PR agency from her home in the Valley 25 years ago.

The book teaches readers how to develop a successful public relations strategy through the combination of technology and old-school techniques such as relationship building.

Marshall will be autographing copies of the book at the event.
