LEWISTON-AUBURN — Schools closed for Thanksgiving holiday; reopen Nov. 30.

City offices closed.
SATURDAY, Nov. 28
Lewiston-Auburn’s holiday celebration kicks off at locations in both cities throughout the day, including a holiday movie at 1 p.m. at the Auburn Public Library and music performances at 3 p.m in the Lewiston Public Library.
The Twin Cities Parade of Lights steps off at 6 p.m. in Lewiston, stopping to light Lewiston’s Kennedy Park tree, and continuing to Auburn Plaza for the community Christmas tree and menorah lighting. Horse and wagon rides will start at Festival Plaza. There will be music, treats and free pictures with Santa and Mrs. Claus.
