LIVERMORE FALLS — Regional School Unit 73 will sell furniture from the former Livermore Falls high and middle schools from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 5. The school building is at 25 Cedar St.
The high school was sold to Area Youth Sports on Monday.
Chairs, tables, desks, lockers and file cabinets will be sold.
Transportation Director Kenneth Vining said some items will be priced and others will be sold by making an offer.
“Make an offer and there’s a good chance it will be accepted,” he said.
Vining said two or three workers are determining what items to sell and what items to save for use in the district.
