Promising newcomers: Boys: Seniors — Gunnar Higgins, James Herlihy, Thomas Young; Freshmen — Bryce Chavez, Joel Hussey. Girls: Sophomores — Anneka Dubord, Madison Lecowitch, Tanna Herlihy.
Season outlook: This year’s team is full of energy and focused on learning the basics. Chad Richards is the team’s only four-year skier, and will be a person to watch. He is a real natural and DiPompo hopes he pushes the elite skiers from the rest of the KVAC B ranks. The rest of the team will drill in the basics and get some experience. They have eight first-year skiers, so the earlier they get on snow the better.
