MEXICO — Stephens High School Class of 1948 will meet at 11:30 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 17, at the Covered Wagon.

Mountain Valley movie night

RUMFORD — The National Honor Society will host a Mountain Valley movie night from 5 to 8 p.m. Friday, Dec. 18, at the Mountain Valley High School auditorium.

There will also be a bake sale. “The Grinch” cartoon will be shown at 5:15 p.m. “Elf” will be shown at 6 p.m.

Entrance is by donation.

Wilton Group Christmas caroling

WILTON — The Wilton Group will be Christmas caroling at 5:30 p.m. Friday, Dec. 18, in downtown Wilton at the monument.

There will be at holiday sing-along, hot cocoa and a chance to meet Santa.

Library hosting Story Time

NEW SHARON — The Jim Ditzler Memorial Library will offer stories, crafts and snacks during Story Times from 11 a.m. to noon Saturday, Dec. 19.

2016 Story Times will be Saturdays, Jan. 23, Feb. 27, March 26, April 23 and May 21.

NORWAY — The members and friends of The Weary Club will meet for coffee at 9 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 19.

The new start time is 9 a.m. for the winter.

Heritage Society to meet

WEST PARIS — The Finnish American Heritage Society of Maine will hold its monthly meeting at 2 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 20, at 8 Maple St.

Following a short business meeting, Natalie Parsons will present a program describing her journey to Antarctica last winter.

The public is invited to attend and share the coffee table.

Pilgrim Commandery Christmas Observance

WILTON — Pilgrim Commandery No. 19 Knights Templar will hold its annual Christmas Observance at 1 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 20.

The meeting will be held at the Harnden Masonic Lodge Hall on the Bryant Road in East Wilton. All Sir Knights, Scottish Rite members, Chapter, Council and Master Masons are invited to attend this special Christmas service.
