1935 – 2015
LEWISTON — Constance Giselle Bouchard, 80, of Lewiston, passed away on Saturday, Dec. 12, at Central Maine Medical Center in Lewiston following a long illness.
She was born in Lewiston on July 30, 1935, the daughter of the late Leo and Antoinette (Bilodeau) Maheux. She was a member of Holy Cross Church and was educated in Lewiston schools. In 1955, she married her husband, George Bouchard, at St. Peter’s Church in Lewiston and the two started a family together. She was working at the Odd Fellows Home in Auburn as a dietary aide before her retirement.
Constance is survived by her loving husband of 60 years, George of Lewiston; a son, Marc Bouchard of Lewiston; and a daughter, Celine Hall and her husband, Charles, of Hebron. She also leaves behind her grandchildren, Jason Bouchard and his significant companion, Jessica Samry, Shawn, Ryan and Tyler Bouchard, as well as Daniel Hall; and her precious great-grandchildren whom she loved so much.
