RUMFORD — A Mass of Christian Burial honoring the life of Jeanne D’Arc Johnson was celebrated at 10 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 12, at Parish of the Holy Savior. The Rev. Greg Dube was the celebrant. Bernard Poirier was the altar server and Mark Belanger was the organist.

Music selections were “Be Not Afraid,” “Amazing Grace,” “J’irai la voir un jour” and “Let There Be Peace On Earth.” The Old Testament was proclaimed by grandson Dalton Milledge. The New Testament was proclaimed by grandson Jesse Milledge. Prayer of the Faithful was offered by grandson Dalton Milledge. Offertory gifts were presented by grandsons Dalton and Jesse Milledge. Personal reflections were shared by sister-in-law Sr. Pauline Johnson. Pallbearers were Dalton Milledge, Jesse Milledge, Jacques Lord and Vallier Lord.

Spring interment will be in St. John’s Cemetery. A reception catered by S.G. Thibault Funeral Home was held at the American Legion.

Services were under the care and guidance of S.G. Thibault Funeral Home, Cremation & Monument Services, 250 Penobscot St., Rumford.
