KENNEBUNK — A man is in custody after police say he drove into several vehicles and a house on Christmas Eve.

Around 7:10 p.m., police say the driver, 25-year-old Marcus J. Smith was traveling in the 100 block of Cat Mousam Road, which is Route 99, when he struck three parked vehicles and then a house.

Police say the suspect ran off, but was caught later in the night in West Kennebunk.

Police say three people involved in the incident were taken to area hospitals with non-life-threatening injuries.
