The Mary Drew School of Dance, in cooperation with the Orono Recreation Department, will once again offer dance classes for all ages.
The classes will be held upstairs in the Keith Anderson Community Building on Bennoch Rd. The child and youth classes will begin the week of January 11. The Spring tuition will be $224 for the 16 week session . There is also a costume fee of $100 in order to take part in the Spring Recital. In addition to the pre-K through High School classes, the school is offering an Adult Intro. to Ballet Class, which will be held Fridays from 1:15 – 2:15 p.m. starting on 1/22, 1/29, 2/5 and 2/12. This will be a 4 week session – no prior dance experience necessary – to improve posture, flexibility and core strength. The tuition for the Adult Ballet Class is $32 for the 4 week session.
