1936 – 2015

AUBURN — Elaine Marie Wark of Auburn, passed away Tuesday, Dec. 15, 2015.

She was born April 7, 1936, the daughter of Armandine M. Fortier and Willie A. Blanchette. She was married to Gerald W. Wark on Jan. 5, 1957.

She is survived by children Michael G. Wark and Lynn E. Robotham and husband, Al; brothers, Willie A. Blanchette Jr. and Roger and wife, Pauline (Dubois) Blanchette; sisters, Marie and husband, Valier Madore and Anita and husband, Raymond J. Maurice; uncle, Laurent Fortier; grandchildren, Brian and wife, Jamie McDonald and children, Dominic and Bailey, Erica (McDonald) Hill and son, Cayden, Christine and Alan Deditch and children, Alex and Alison, Lindsey and Dana Duncan and son, Logan; and nieces and nephews.

The Wark family to all, heartfelt thanks to relatives, friends and support groups, the cancer center, Auburn Police, EMTs, and all who participated in Elaine’s well-being and her final needs. We need you in heaven — the angel replied that your work on Earth shall never die — loving husband, Jerry.
