PARIS — The Oxford Hills/Buckfield Adult Education program is offering a variety of enrichment classes beginning this month.
Monday, Jan. 25: Computer Lab with Denise Dumont, 3 to 5 p.m., 15 weeks. Tuition is $10 per two-hour session. Get one-on-one assistance with Internet or computer program concerns.
Tuesday, Jan. 26: Financial Literacy with Chris Wood, 5:30 to 7 p.m., four weeks. Free. Learn to build a budget, understand what credit is and better organize money.
Tuesday, Jan. 26: Welding with Rudy Danforth, 6 to 9 p.m., seven weeks. Tuition is $119. Learn basic arc welding. Designed for hobbyists or those planning on entering the welding profession.
Wednesday, Jan. 27: Clean Up Your Credit will be offered from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m., one week. Free. Discusses basic concepts of credit, strategies for reducing debt and covers credit reports and scores.
College Orientation with Eli Merrill, 5:30 to 8:30 p.m., one week. Free. Take steps toward a college transitions program. Learn study skills, technology skills and earn a credit from Central Maine Community College.
