Travelers to hold dinner meeting
LEWISTON — Members of Twin City Council 160, United Commercial Travelers of America, will hold a dinner meeting at 5 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 13, at Davinci’s Restaurant.

Library to hold winter book sale
WAYNE — The Cary Memorial Library Winter Book Sale will take place at the Williams House, across from the library, at 14 Old Winthrop Road. It is one of two giant annual sales, with four rooms filled from floor to ceiling with gently used books, DVDs and CDs.
The sale will run multiple days: 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 13; 10 a.m. to noon Monday, Feb. 15; 4 to 6 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 16; 2 to 6 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 17; 4 to 6 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 18; and 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 20.
Books will be sold for $1 a bag on Saturday, the final day of the sale.

Amvets hosting Valentine’s dance
NEW GLOUCESTER — A Valentine’s dance will take place from 7 to 11 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 13, at Amvets Post 6 Hall, Route 100.
