FALMOUTH — The University of Maine Extension Cumberland County continues its Saturday morning workshop series that explores using local foods in the Maine home kitchen.

Sheri Fistal, Extension volunteer, will lead a workshop on creating international dishes made with local Maine ingredients from 10 a.m. to noon Saturday, Feb. 20, at the UMaine Extension Cumberland County office, 75 Clearwater Drive.

Participants will sample several recipes, including Maine lobster dumplings. They will leave with a goodie bag of items learned at the workshop.

Other upcoming workshops include “Cooking with Maine Beer” on March 19.
