Maine Savvy Caregiver 1 training
LEWISTON — A Savvy Caregiver 1 training session has been scheduled for 2 to 4 p.m. Tuesdays, Feb. 23 to March 29, with a snow date of April 5.
It will help caregivers learn how to take care of themselves, reduce stress and communicate more easily with loved ones. The class is free, but preregistration is required.
The facilitator will be Nate Miller.

Tri-Town Penguins to meet
DURHAM — The Tri-Town Penguins Snowmobile Club of Durham, Freeport and Pownal meets on the last Tuesday of each month until April. Meetings are held at 7 p.m. at the Durham Fire Station, 615 Hallowell Road.
The next meeting will be Tuesday, Feb. 23. New members are always welcome.

Senior cribbage league winners
LEWISTON — Lewiston Senior Citizens Cribbage League winners on Feb. 4 were: first, Norm Bissonnette and Dick Laplante; second, Terry Lefebvre and Bob Oliver; third, Steve Agurkis and Cindy Boyd; fourth, Don Haley and Larry Lefebvre; fifth, Jim Burgess and Don Maillette.
Winners on Feb. 11 were: first, Bob Cielenski and Ed Hinkley; second, Arnie Burgess and Bob Laplante; third, Claudette Grandmaison and Don Mailliette; fourth, Henry Maheux and Gerry Roy; and fifth, George Bussierre and Alan Treworgy.
The Seniors play on Thursdays at the Lewiston Memorial Armory.
