PARIS — The McLaughlin Garden Center has announced the winter lecture series.

All lectures take place on Wednesdays in the McLaughlin home, 97 Main St., starting with tea and refreshments at 3:30 p.m., and the lectures at 4 p.m. There is no charge for the lectures, but donations are accepted.

March 2: “From Seed to Harvest, from Harvest to Seed” with Mark Silber.

March 9: “The Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum: Preserving One Woman’s Artistic and Horticultural Legacy with Respect and Innovation” with Donna Anderson.

March 16: “Gardens of the Northwest” with Edith Ellis.

March 23: “Rethinking the Rose Garden” with Peter Kukielski.

March 30: “A Brief History of Siberian Irises” with Jeff Dunlop.

April 6: “Yardscaping for a Healthy Maine” with Gary Fish.
