FARMINGTON — Franklin Savings Bank has promoted Bernice Cote of Wilton to assistant vice president for customer service.
Cote, who has been the customer service officer since 2013, is responsible for managing the customer service departments in the Farmington and Wilton branches. She also oversees the bank teller training program offered to students at the bank’s teaching branch at Mt. Blue High School.
Cote first started as a teller part time at Franklin Savings Bank’s Wilton branch more than 32 years ago. She has completed many professional development courses and has obtained a certificate in customer service skills.
Cote and her husband live in Wilton.
Franklin Savings Bank is a Farmington-based Community Bank with locations in Western and Central Maine.
