‘Essentials of College Planning’ workshops

LEWISTON — The Maine Educational Opportunity Center will hosting free workshops, “Essentials of College Planning,” for adults 19 and over at the following times and locations:

Lewiston CareerCenter, 5 Mollison Way, at 10 a.m. Thursdays, March 3 and 24.

Lisbon Adult Education , 19 Gartley St , at 6 p.m. Wednesday, March 30.

Church sponsoring trampoline outing

AUBURN — The Auburn United Methodist Church is sponsoring a youth trampoline outing from noon to 1 p.m. Sunday, March 13.

There will be a pizza lunch at 11:15 a.m. at 439 Park Ave. for those attending.

Youth are asked to pay $10 toward cost and adults wishing to attend will pay full price. Those who have trampoline socks should bring them. A waiver needs to be signed online at aeroairpark.com prior to March 13.

The deadline for sign-up is Sunday, March 6.

Legion is sponsoring breakfast

AUBURN — A breakfast will be held from 7:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday, March 6, at Post 31, American Legion, 426 Washington St. N.

Menu will include eggs, bacon, sausage, home fries, hash, blueberry pancakes,  beans, biscuit and gravy, pastry, toast, juice and coffee for $5.

There will be a 50/50.

Proceeds will benefit veterans programs.
