Recently, my vehicle broke down just as I exited the Maine Turnpike and attempted to get on Route 122.
The man who saved the day was State Rep. Bruce Bickford. I noticed his special blue plates as he stopped and asked how he could help. When I told him of my problem, he did not hesitate. He drove me all the way to the auto parts store, brought me back to my car and helped install the new battery.
I am a diabetic with heart problems and the edge of Route 122 was not the best place for me. He helped me, even though I live in Norway and cannot vote for him.
He did more than lots of other folks would have done and I am very grateful to him for his help.
