Wellness Council’s Fill Your Cup
LEWISTON — The Integrative Wellness Council of Maine welcomes all practitioners to Fill Your Cup: Creating and Sustaining Sanctuary as a Practitioner.
The presentation by Marguerite Stapleton is set from 6 to 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, March 16, in the LePage large conference room at St. Mary’s Regional Medical Center, 99 Campus Ave.
A challenge for those in healing professions is keeping the cup filled. There are so many distractions and demands on time. In this session, the council will look at “sanctuary,” that place that grounds, restores and nourishes. Through conversation, storytelling and silence, participants will gain a deeper understanding of creating and sustaining space in their lives for moments of gentle exploration and celebration.
