LEWISTON — CES Inc., a Maine-based firm of engineers, environmental scientists and land surveyors, announces that Suzanne Yerina passed the state of Maine’s Certified Geologist examination and Tom Daniels passed the state of Maine Licensure for Professional Engineers examination at the end of 2015.

Yerina has more than 20 years of experience in geology with core expertise in Phase I Environmental Site Assessments, statistical analysis and asbestos inspections. As a project manager, she is also responsible for numerous environmental monitoring programs. Based out of CES’ Lewiston office, she is one of four certified geologists at CES.

Daniels has more than six years of experience in civil and environmental engineering with core expertise in solid waste engineering and design, construction management, remedial design and remediation and site design and permitting. Also based out of CES’ Lewiston office, he is one of the company’s 12 professional engineers.

In business since 1978, CES employs approximately 70 professionals across six offices in Brewer, Bar Harbor, Lewiston, Machias, Presque Isle and Waterville.
