Get the 80s clothes out, Girls Just Want to Have Fun, a tribute band focused on songs by  female-fronted bands from the 80s, performs at Mixers, 136 Sabattus Road, Sabattus, at 8:30 p.m., Friday, March 18.  The band covers bands such as Vixen, Heart, Pat Benatar, Joan Jett, Quarterflash, Scandal, 4 non Blondes, Bangles, Tony Basil, Cyndi Lauper, Katrina and The Waves, Motels, Janet Jackson, Nena and the Go Go’s. There is no cover charge.
