RUMFORD — A Mass of Christian burial honoring the life of Raymond Joseph Gaudet was celebrated on Monday, March 21, at 10 a.m., at Parish of the Holy Savior. The Rev. Greg Dube was the celebrant. Bernard Poirier was the altar server and Mark Belanger was the organist.

Music selections were “Precious Lord, Take My Hand,” “Be Not Afraid,” “On Eagle’s Wings,” and “Let There Be Peace on Earth.” The Old Testament was proclaimed by Patricia Gaudet. The New Testament was proclaimed by Ron Cotu. Prayer of the Faithful was offered by Patricia Gaudet. Offertory gifts were presented by Rob and David Gaudet.

Spring interment will be in St. John Cemetery.

A reception catered by S.G. Thibault Funeral Home followed at the American Legion in Rumford.

Services were under the care and guidance of S.G. Thibault Funeral Home, Cremation & Monument Services, 250 Penobscot St., Rumford.
