NORWAY — The Sierra Club and a coalition of groups advocating investment in railway infrastructure for the expansion of passenger rail service are hosting a public forum from 6 to 7:30 p.m. Monday, April 4.

It will be held at the Center for an Ecology-Based Economy at 447 Main St.

Tony Donovan of the Maine Rail Transit Coalition and Sierra Club Maine will lead a presentation with Sierra Club member Paul Weiss.

The informational forum is one of three planned in communities along important railroad corridors to inform residents and businesses on the progress of the effort.
