BETHEL – Residents Dutch and Elaine Dresser will present photographs and stories about their 10-month, 7,000-mile round-trip voyage from Maine to Puerto Rico at the McLaughlin Auditorium at Gould Academy on Wednesday.
The event, sponsored by the Western Mountains Senior College, will take place from 4:30 to 6 p.m. The event is free and open to the public.
In 2014 and 2015, the Dressers sailed from Rockland on their 42-foot sailboat to the Virgin Islands, the Leeward Islands, the Windward Islands and returned home via Puerto Rico, the Dominican Republic, the Turks and Caicos islands and the Bahamas.
