LIVERMORE FALLS — Jewelry and cash were stolen from a home on Campground Road between Monday and 7:47 p.m. Wednesday when the burglary was discovered, Police Chief Ernest Steward Jr. said Thursday.
Officer Stephen Allen responded to the scene in East Livermore. There was forced entry through a back door, Steward said. A safe was also forced open and jewelry and cash taken from it.
Anyone with information about the burglary or who saw anything suspicious in the area is asked to call the Livermore Falls Police Department at 207-897-3424.
